Library Facilities Committee
Description
The purpose of the Woodward Library Facilities Committee is to make recommendations and provide input to the Library Coordinators' Council and the Director of Library Services on matters related to the physical structure of the Woodward Library and their impact on library users and personnel, such as:
- The condition and appearance of the facilities.
- Maintenance and custodial needs.
- Current and future space requirements.
- Emergency perparedness.
- Any long-term capital improvements and projects.
Meeting Frequency
The Facilities Committee will meet on an as needed basis.
Membership
Committee members consist of Permanent Chair, Co-Chair (ex officio Circulation and Information Commons Library Assistant), Memeber (ex officio University Archives and Special Collections Assistant), Member (ex officio University Archives and Special Collections Assistant) and remaining members that represent each floor and serve a 2 year term.
