The primary purpose of the History
Resource Center: U.S. is to provide students, their
teachers, and library patrons with a single place to begin
researching the vast topic of U.S. history from 1900 to the
present.
The History Resource Center: U.S. includes some
material from Gale's proprietary
reference content, including
American Decades CD-ROM, American Eras, DISCovering U.S. History,
and Worldmark Encyclopedia of Nations.
The History
Resource Center: U.S. also delivers full-text periodicals,
newspapers, primary source documents, radio/television transcripts,
professional development tools, and student research tools.

Approximately 100,000 pages of more than 1000 primary
documents, many with corresponding facsimile pages

Thousands of reference documents from acclaimed
Gale Group sources

Nearly 100
scholarly full-text
journals,
as well as citations from 180 titles within the ISI Arts
& Humanities Citation Index
- Coordination with
ABC-Clio allows a search from the History Resource
Center: U.S. of its vast history data
