Reserve a Meeting / Conference Conference Room
Library conference rooms are typically scheduled for large committee meetings and group events. Rooms may be scheduled for use by university-related groups or organizations if facilities are not available elsewhere. All student groups requesting use of library rooms must be accompanied by an APSU faculty or staff member.

Reserve an Instruction Room
Library instruction and conference rooms are typically scheduled only for course-related instructional purposes and library-related activities. Rooms may be scheduled for use by university-related groups or organizations if facilities are not available elsewhere. All student groups requesting use of library rooms must be accompanied by an APSU faculty or staff member.

Reserve an Individual Study / Testing Room
Individual Study / Testing Rooms are for use by currently enrolled APSU students. Each student may reserve a maximum of three hours per day. These rooms can be used for quiet study or taking proctored exams. To reserve a specific room, you can click on the room below:
Reserve a Multipurpose Room
Multipurpose rooms are for use by one person. These rooms are available to reserve for 30 minutes each session, but the reservation of consecutive sessions is not permitted. Each user may reserve a maximum of 5 non-consecutive sessions (150 minutes) per day. Reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance.
