User Experience and Assessment Librarian and Professor
Lori is responsible for leading and participating in a wide range of user experience activities and assessment projects to evaluate the usage, quality, impact, and value of the library’s services in meeting the teaching, learning, and research needs of students, faculty, and other library users. She performs all aspects of traditional and electronic reference services, teaches APSU 1000 and Information Literacy sessions. Lori serves as the Library Liaison to the College of Business and the Department of Health & Human Performance.
