Jarrod manages customer service operations at the Circulation Desk, where he handles tasks like checking in/out library materials, verifying user status, maintaining user accounts in the system, assisting users in finding materials, answering incoming phone calls, and contributing to the upkeep of print collections through activities like shelf-reading, shifting, and shelving. Furthermore, he takes on the responsibility of supervising student assistants in the library.
