Group Study Room Reservation

Reserve a Room:

  1. Go to the online room reservation system.
  2. View capacity levels and information about features of the rooms on the list (click “info” to see a photo of the room)
  3. Choose a date and hover your cursor over the bottom of the list of time slots to use the scroll bar. This will allow you to view all the times that are available for reservation. Use your finger to scroll through the time slots if using a mobile device. You may make room reservations up to 90 days in advance.
  4. Choose a 1-hour or 2-hour period from the gray time slots that are available (black slots indicate times that have already been reserved or that are currently unavailable). You can reserve a maximum time of two hours per day.
  5. Confirm your desired time slots have been selected in red and click the “Submit Times” button
  6. Note that your reservation is not complete.  You must confirm your reservation by email within 15 minutes or the reservation will be canceled.
  7. Click “continue” and enter your name and email address.  You must use your APSU email address to make the reservation.
  8. Click “Submit my Booking”
  9. Open your APSU email and look for an email from LibCal (you may need to check your Junk email folder). Click on the link to verify your booking within 15 minutes of submitting the request.
  10. You will receive another email confirming your reservation.

Use the Room for Study:

  1. The study room will be locked, so please check out the key for the appropriate room from the Access Services Desk.  You will need to have your APSU ID to complete check out and show library employees at the desk the email containing your reservation confirmation.
  2. When exiting the room, please make sure to remove all of the items you brought with you and discard any trash.
  3. Exit a few minutes early so you can return the key to the Access Services for use by the group with the next reservation. Make sure the study room door is closed and locked.
  4. If the key is not returned, fines may be added to your library account.
