Room Reservation Form

Library instruction and conference rooms are typically scheduled only for course-related instructional purposes and library-related activities. Rooms may be scheduled for use by university-related groups or organizations if facilities are not available elsewhere. Small group study rooms should be reserved at this link. All student groups requesting use of library rooms must be accompanied by an APSU faculty or staff member.

To request a reservation, this form must be submitted at least three working days (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) prior to the date requested. With the exception of course-related or library use, library rooms may not be scheduled more than three weeks in advance. A room reservation is not complete until you receive a confirmation email message. The use of rooms for course-related instruction is given priority, thus the Library reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations if necessary.

Room 114: Instruction Room

24 seats with computers, instructor's workstation (computer, projector, audio speakers, smart board, network connection, space for 2 laptops)

Room 209: Instruction Room

35 seats with computers, instructor's workstation (computer, projector, audio speakers, smart board, network connection)

Room 121: Small Conference Room

20 seats at 8 tables, technology available upon request (laptop computer, portable projector, portable speakers, network or wi-fi connection)

Room 232: Large Conference Room

56 seats at 14 tables, technology available includes presenter's workstation/podium PC, projector, network and wi-fi connections, speakers, microphones, and web camera
