Overdue Fines for Library Materials
The Woodward Library charges overdue fines to encourage timely returns and responsible borrowing practices.
Policy
The Woodward Library charges overdue fines for the following:
- Laptops (short-term loan) - $1.00 per hour
- Interlibrary Loan materials - $1.00 per day
Procedures
Notices of overdue materials and any resulting fines are sent to the borrower's official University e-mail address. Overdue items and fines are viewable in PeaySearch.
Credit or debit card fee payments or fines reported to the University Business Office for collection must be paid at that office.
Cash or check fee payments of fines can be made at the Access Services Desk or the University Business Office. Payment may be made by cash or check.
